UIM President Raffaele Chiulli addressed the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) Conference 2021 which is being held this week in Monaco.
The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) Conference 2021 welcomes senior executives from the FIA family, global leaders and sports industry experts to reflect on recent achievements in the motorsport community and prepare for the future.
Speaking during the opening session of the FIA conference, ‘Purpose in Practice: Accelerating Positive Contributions to Society’, President Chiulli said:
“Sport has the power to bring us closer as a global community. And the last 18 months demonstrated that we are always stronger together. It is this global solidarity that will help us overcome the pandemic and build a healthier world for all.”
The “Monaco Energy Boat Challenge” and the display of a large variety of sophisticated sustainable propulsion concepts will mark the second half of this week dedicated to the future of Motorsports, with a packed programme of marine mobility solutions and clean energy boat racing showing the way forward.
