We are delighted to present the Winner of the 2020 UIM Environmental Award, SunReef Yachts, with the Trophy that recognizes their distinguished project “In-House Engineered Solar Power System”.
Taking advantage of the 8th edition of the Monaco Solar and Energy Boat Challenge, organized this week by the Yacht Club de Monaco in cooperation with the International Powerboat Federation, UIM President, Dr. Raffaele Chiulli handed over the prestigious Trophy to Agathe Fiorano, representing the distinguished Shipyard.
First launched in 2009, the UIM Environmental Award was created to inspire and recognize excellence in innovation, development and application of environmentally friendly practices and technologies.

This achievement rewards the significant efforts SunReef have been making over years and I trust they will continue contributing to ever more sustainable mobility on the water.”
