UIM Formula 4 World Championship – Viverone, Italy (13-15 September 2024)
The 2024 UIM Formula 4 World Championship came to a dramatic conclusion in Viverone, Italy, where 16 drivers battled fiercely in Rounds 5 and 6 for the coveted title. Norwegian racer and reigning European Champion, Andrè Solvang, was the driver to beat as competitors sought to deny him the F4 double crown.

In an intense Race 1, Tobias Martinsen earned his first-ever victory in the F4 World Championship, with Nils Slakteris and Jean Baptiste-Thomas taking second and third places respectively. Despite a fifth-place finish, Solvang managed to maintain his lead in the overall standings.
Race 2 saw Slakteris clinch the win, followed by Horváth and Baptiste-Thomas on the podium. Solvang’s consistent performance and fifth-place finish were enough to secure his first UIM F4 World Championship title. Baptiste-Thomas took the silver medal in the overall standings, while Sweden’s Hilmer Wiberg claimed the bronze by a narrow margin.

Solvang expressed his pride in achieving both the World and European titles, attributing his success to his team's efforts, as well as the support from Sharjah and his family.
The 2024 season saw 34 drivers compete across six Grand Prix events, setting the stage for an even more competitive 2025 season.
