We had the privilege of interviewing Max Cremona and Nicole Cadei, the newly crowned Driver of the Year and Junior Driver of the Year. In this exclusive exchange, they share their thoughts on this incredible achievement, their passion for the sport, and their ambitions for the future. From the challenges they’ve overcome to their goals for the 2025 season, Max and Nicole give us a glimpse into the dedication and determination that drive their success.
Max:
• Can you share your thoughts on being elected Driver of the Year? What does this award mean to you?
"Honestly, I never expected to reach this milestone. This award means a lot to me because it encapsulates all the disappointments and emotions of my 24-year career. It's a prize I never thought I would conquer, but it rewards the many sacrifices made by me, my family, and my entire team. It is to them that I want to dedicate it.
• How do you envision the future of Circuit Racing – Hydro GP (F250) and your role in it? What are your goals for the 2025 racing season?
Looking ahead in Hydro GP, I hope that despite the passing years, I can continue for a long time. I believe I still have much to offer to this sport! Our goals for 2025 are to keep working hard to maintain high standards, to remain competitive with determination and fairness in everything we do. Ultimately, it will be the water that decides who will emerge as the best."

• Can you share your thoughts on being elected Junior Driver of the Year? What does this award mean to you?
"Being elected Junior Driver of the Year is a tremendous honor that fills me with pride. This award represents the culmination of years of passion and dedication to a sport I deeply love. It also comes with responsibility: I aim to prove worthy of this title by consistently giving my best in every competition.
• How do you envision the future of Aquabike Racing – and your role in it? What are your goals for the 2025 racing season?
I envision a promising future for Aquabike racing, with advancements in technology, a growing audience, and increased opportunities for young talents. I aspire to contribute to this evolution not just as an athlete but also by promoting and elevating this sport globally.
For the 2025 season, my objectives are clear: to enhance my race performance, solidify my position among the top competitors, and ideally, secure new championships. I aim to grow not only as a rider but also as an individual, confronting each challenge with resolve and inspiring others to pursue their athletic dreams."
