An update of the Mercury Racing 360 APX engine homologation has been approved by COMINTECH, the UIM Technical Commission.
The changes on the engine, which are listed in detail on the first page of the new engine homologation file n°539B, include improved power and increased maximum engine speed.
This 4.6L V8 powerhead designed for race boats competing in the UIM F1H2O World Championship is one of the three competition outboards of the Mercury Racing Apex Series homologated for UIM Circuit classes, together with the 250 APX for Formula 2 and 60 APX for Formula 4.
