January 2024, Technical Officials Training in Stockholm, Sweden
On 26/28 January 2024 in Stockholm, Sweden, fifteen representants of several UIM National Authorities attended a Training for Technical Officials.
Organized by Mikael Lundblad, UIM COMINTECH President, Jeff Broman, Mercury Racing Director and Sven Jansson from Mercury Sweden, the Training Course gave the participants an update on the conduct of the technical official’s activities during UIM powerboat racing events.
All practical aspects of the technical missions were covered, from planning before the event to pre-race safety check, post-race scrutineering and reports management.
